The BetterGuard Max is anatomically designed for a side-specific fit. The integrated BG ULTRA stabilizer is positioned on the lateral (outside) side of the ankle, just above the shoe line, to provide targeted support where it’s needed most. To avoid delays, please ensure you select the correct side: left, right, or pair, when placing your order.

The BetterGuard Max a heavy-duty, double-layer reinforced compression sleeve engineered for secure support. Designed to wear like a second skin, it delivers targeted compression to help reduce swelling, relieve pain, and improve proprioception, without restricting movement.
