Return Policy

You can return your order within 21 days without giving any reason (1). The period begins once you have received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our Returns Portal or contact our support team (+49 (30) 4220669-100 or info@betterguards.de).

Refund

If you return the goods, we will refund all costs (including standard shipping) after inspecting the items (1). We will use the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Compensation for Diminished Value

If the goods lose value due to use that goes beyond checking the condition and function, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation. Please handle the items as you would in a store.

(1) Socks cannot be exchanged once the product packaging has been opened/removed

(2) Quantity Discount Conditions for Partial Returns

If a quantity discount was granted upon purchase (e.g., through tiered pricing or discount codes), this discount is only valid on the condition that the minimum quantity or minimum order value specified in the offer is met.

In the event of a (partial) return which subsequently invalidates the discount condition, we reserve the right to calculate the price for the retained items at the regular single item price and to adjust the refund amount accordingly.

This applies in particular if the return causes the quantity discount threshold (e.g., 5 pieces) to be fallen below.
