Head of People, Finance & Operations

Stella Brose is the Head of People, Finance & Operations at Betterguards Technology, where she is responsible for establishing and managing all operational and business areas within the company, including HR management, accounting, controlling, procurement, grant management, as well as ambassador and partnership management.

After completing her shortened training period, Stella earned her qualification as an industrial clerk in 2018. She then began her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Humboldt University in Berlin. She initially joined Betterguards as a working student but was recruited into a permanent position after just six months, allowing her to complete her Bachelor's degree via distance learning. Initially focused on building various operational areas of the company, she also took on the development of the company’s social media channels and the global management of ambassadors in 2022.

Due to multiple ligament tears in her ankles, impatience leading to incomplete rehabilitation phases, and resulting early arthritis, Stella had to end her small soccer career at the age of 26. Betterguards help her to remain active in jogging and small recreational activities.
