Right / Left foot
The BetterGuard Lite is anatomically designed for a side-specific fit. The integrated BG ULTRA stabilizer is positioned on the lateral (outside) side of the ankle, just above the shoe line, to provide targeted support where it’s needed most. Please ensure you select the correct side: left, right, or pair when placing your order.
