The most common ankle injury is a lateral ankle sprain, and The BetterGuard ankle brace reduces the risk of severe ankle sprains by reducing the amount of lateral ankle inversion and or supination movement in the event of sudden ankle rolling or turning. The brace is designed to stabilize the ankle during high-velocity inversion and or supination movements, providing stabilization and time to react before injury occurs.

The BetterGuard is being worn by professionals and amateurs in almost every sport including Basketball, Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Tennis, Hiking, Running, Handball, and many more.

Because of the lightweight comfortable, and sleek design of The BetterGuard, it will fit in any athletic shoe or cleat. We recommend low-top shoes for best results.

To find the right size for you, please refer to our size chart. If you are between two sizes, you should use your ankle circumference as a guide. For instance, if you have a slim foot, ankle, and calf area, we recommend choosing a smaller size. If you're not sure, order the larger size.

The product MUST NOT be used in the presence of any of the following:
› Anatomical conditions that prevent correct application of the bandage
› Lymphatic drainage disorders
› Arterial circulatory disorders
› Post-thrombotic states
› Skin diseases or skin irritations
› Acute injuries or open wounds in the ankle and/or foot area
› Severe sensory disturbances in the lower extremities
› Polyneuropathy (e.g. diabetes mellitus)
› Post-traumatic or postoperative acute care (e.g. swelling, hematoma, fresh scars)

The BetterGuard is designed in Germany and manufactured within the EU. The built-in mini piston is produced at our location in Germany.

When you complete the order, we authorize the amount and after the order leaves the warehouse, we collect the money.

A few minutes after receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. If you don't find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, please check your advertising folder. Please note that it may take some time for us to receive your order and send the confirmation email.

Order processing takes about 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

While individual times may vary, we strive to ship orders in 1-2 businesses days, and standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50 within the EU or £50 in the United Kingdom. Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited shipping.

All orders over €50 in the EU and £50 in the United Kingdom come with standard shipping, but you may upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional cost.

As soon as the package has been shipped, the delivery status can be viewed via the tracking number of the shipping service provider.

Usually after the parcel has been accepted by the logistics service provider and a shipping label has been printed.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
› Your order was shipped during our promotional period.
› The item(s) you ordered was out of stock at the time you placed your order.
› You have ordered more than one item. In exceptional cases, your order may arrive in different packages and at different times.
› Your order was placed on a federal or regional holiday. All products are shipped from our warehouse in the US.

There are various reasons why we cannot ship your order.

Some possible cases are:
› The item(s) you ordered are currently not in stock.
› You live in a particularly remote area that we cannot deliver to.
› You have entered a PO box as the delivery address. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to deliver to PO Boxes.
› There was a payment problem with the order.

All Betterguards products come with a 6-month warranty.

As soon as your item arrives with us, we will make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible, usually within two business days.

Once the item has arrived and we have inspected it, we can issue a refund to the original payment method if the decision is positive. We reserve the right to subtract the return shipping cost from the refund.

You can return the product within 21 days. The conditions for this can be found under warranty terms and right of withdrawal. Please use the return portal for this.

In the returns portal, you have the option to return your product to us. For this, you will need your order number and the postal code of the shipping address provided during the order. In the next step, you can select the relevant product from your order.

Please select the reason for returning the product and specify the refund method. You can use the comment field to provide us with additional information.

Once all required data is filled out, you can download and print the return label and return request.

Please ship the product in suitable packaging. Place the return form in the package and attach the printed return label on the outside, making it clearly visible.

Important: We can only process returns with the attached return form. For a smooth return process, we recommend leaving a detailed explanation in the comment field.

If you need a different size after trying it on, you can send it back via the and place a new order through the returns/exchange portal.

If you would like to exchange your product within 21 days, please use the returns portal. For exchanges after more than 21 days, please contact our support (+49 (30) 4220669-100 or info@betterguards.de).

In both cases, please refer to the warranty terms and right of withdrawal.
